Life Environment Planning Division, Department of Lifestyle and Environment
Corporation with other divisions :
Life Environment Planning Division of Department of Lifestyle and Environment is in charge of global warming countermeasures. Commerce, Industry and Labor Department is in charge of new energy policies. Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries is in charge of absorption measures and biomass.
Other climate change measures :
Developing "Global Warming Prevention Campaign in Kyusyu, Okinawa and Yamaguchi" to raise awareness: Accepting application for environmental initiatives at home, and implementing environmental projects based on the CO2 emissions reduction: Granting CO2 reduction certificate businesses.
